Punctuation For Life
Punctuation: the marks we put with our written words to show stops, pauses, who said what and how...what's missing and who things belong to - basically.
Teaching full-stops and commas, question marks and exclamation marks is pretty straightforward. But when it comes to the apostrophe...! And then there's the ellipses, the parentheses, semi-colons, tildas...what's really the right way?
You probably know how to USE these marks...but how about teaching them?
